About the job
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the leads provided.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the relevant programme.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, pricing, and value of the offerings.
- Convert interested prospects into paid registrations and enrolments.
- Follow up consistently with interested and undecided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- Identify high-intent leads and prioritise follow-ups accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams on registrations and customer requirements.
- Share recurring customer feedback and objections with the management team to improve sales messaging.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking to students, parents, and young professionals.

- Ability to handle a high volume of calls consistently.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
