The ideal candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent Frameworks, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Multi-Agent Systems, and AI Orchestration Platforms. The candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build next-generation AI-powered applications that automate complex workflows, enhance user experiences, and drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using modern Agentic AI frameworks.- Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool execution.- Develop and optimize applications powered by LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral.- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.- Build multi-agent architectures for complex workflow automation and decision-making.- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services.- Design prompt engineering strategies and agent orchestration workflows.- Develop monitoring, evaluation, and observability frameworks for AI agents.- Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.- Ensure responsible AI practices, security, governance, and compliance standards.- Collaborate with Data Science, ML Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI or AI Agent development.- Strong programming skills in Python.- Hands-on experience building production-grade AI-powered applications.- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and AI agent design patterns.- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.- Experience integrating AI models using APIs and open-source frameworks.- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and NLP concepts.- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms.Technical Skills :Mandatory Skills :- Python- Generative AI- Agentic AI- Large Language Models (LLMs)- LangChain- LangGraph- CrewAI- AutoGen- OpenAI APIs / Azure OpenAI- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)- Prompt Engineering- Vector Databases- REST APIs- Git- Docker- CI/CDPreferred Skills :- Semantic Kernel- LlamaIndex- Haystack- Hugging Face- FastAPI- Kubernetes- Neo4j Graph Database- Apache Kafka- Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)- MLflow- Databricks (ref:hirist.tech)
