Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Senior Developer / Lead with 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance backend applications.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.- Develop and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.- Design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services.- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.- Work on application performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and security.- Implement database integration and optimize queries for better application performance.- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across backend services.- Participate in technical discussions, architecture design, and code reviews.- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated build and deployment processes.- Ensure application security, coding standards, and best practices are followed.- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and product stakeholders.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.- Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure timely project execution.Technical Stack : - Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Java 8+.- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.- Microservices Architecture, RESTful Web Services.- AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM).- Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle; Hibernate/JPA.- Tools : Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes.- Testing : JUnit, Mockito.- Messaging : Kafka, RabbitMQ.- Caching : Redis.- CI/CD : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
