FP&A-Senior Lead

ERP Proficiency: Oracle ERP / Oracle EPM (Required)

Job Overview
We are seeking a visionary, highly accomplished FP&A Lead with 9+ years of progressive

corporate finance experience to spearhead our commercial planning, budgeting,

forecasting, and business intelligence operations. In this role, you will act as a core strategic

and operational catalyst, transforming complex multi-ledger financial data into high-impact

corporate direction.

Beyond master-level financial modeling, you will lead a dedicated team of financial analysts

and oversee corporate service delivery. You will manage internal client relationships (C-suite

and Business Unit leaders) against strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), optimizing our

Oracle ERP/EPM ecosystem to transition our finance department into a predictive,

automated center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery & SLA Management
• Own the global orchestration and delivery of the FP&A lifecycle, ensuring that

budgeting iterations, rolling forecasts, and management reporting packs consistently

exceed internal SLAs and corporate turnaround timelines.

• Establish, monitor, and report on operational KPIs for the FP&A function (e.g.,

Forecast Accuracy Variance, Reporting Delivery Latency, and Ad-Hoc Analysis Cycle

Time).

• Standardize financial reporting frameworks across disparate business units to ensure

consistency, transparency, and data integrity.

2. Team Leadership & Talent Development
• Manage, mentor, and upscale a high-performing team of FP&A professionals, driving

a culture of analytical rigor, proactive business partnering, and professional growth.

• Plan team capacity, assign business unit coverage, design cross-training matrices,

and conduct objective performance reviews to foster an accountable working

environment.

3. Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management
• Act as the primary strategic finance partner ("Vendor to Internal Customers") for

executive leadership, regional Managing Directors, and functional heads.

• Translate highly complex financial models into clear, persuasive business narratives

and strategic recommendations for executive board presentations.

• Lead cross-functional alignment sessions to synthesize commercial pipelines, HR

payroll planning, and operational realities into financial blueprints.

4. Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Direct the preparation and consolidation of the multi-million dollar annual corporate

budget, strategic long-range plans (3-5 years), and regular rolling forecasts.

• Architect and stress-test integrated financial simulation models (Income Statement,

Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to evaluate corporate maneuvers, capital investments

(CapEx), restructuring, or M&A possibilities.

• Provide definitive financial analysis on new market entries, product profitability,

pricing mechanisms, and resource allocation.

5. Oracle ERP & Financial Infrastructure Governance
• Serve as the business champion for the Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM ecosystem

(Hyperion, Cloud EPM, Smart View), defining data governance layouts and leading

system modernization strategies.

• Partner with IT to automate manual extraction pipelines, reduce dependencies on

static spreadsheets, and construct live executive dashboards (via Power BI, Tableau,

or Oracle Analytics).

Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. An MBA from a

top-tier institution, CFA, or CPA/CMA, CA designation is highly desirable.

• Experience: 9+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or strategic

financial planning, with at least 3-4 years in a definitive people management or

regional delivery capacity.

• ERP & Systems Expertise: Elite, advanced mastery of Oracle ERP and dedicated

enterprise performance platforms (Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Essbase, etc.) is

mandatory.
• Core Competencies: Proven mastery in Service Delivery Management, SLA

Frameworks, and Executive Customer Management within a shared services or

multi-national corporate layout.

• Soft Skills: Commanding executive presence, exceptional diplomatic

communication skills, and the capacity to confidently challenge operational

assumptions with data-backed logic.
