About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities, courses, and universities.2. Generate and manage leads through follow-ups and student engagement.
3. Promote study abroad programs and convert inquiries into enrollments.
4. Assist students with admissions, documentation, and application processes.
5. Coordinate with universities, students, and internal teams for smooth processing.
6. Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM updates.
7. Achieve admission and enrollment targets while ensuring excellent student support.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's in any discipline.
2. Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
3. Prior experience in study abroad counseling, academic counseling, admissions, or sales will be an added advantage.
4. Strong counseling, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
5. Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 /year
