About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.2. Understand customer preferences, body types, and fashion trends to provide styling advice.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling.
4. Maintain strong product knowledge, fabric types, fits, and brand stories to enhance the shopping experience.
5. Ensure the store's visual merchandising and display standards are maintained at all times.
6. Support in replenishment, stock management, and daily store operations.
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
7. Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
8. Stay updated with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor offerings.
