Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Secretary role based in Indore. The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. The role involves handling confidential information, maintaining organized records and files, and coordinating communication between leadership and internal or external stakeholders. The Executive Secretary will also support customer-facing interactions such as responding to queries, directing calls, and welcoming visitors in a professional manner. Additional responsibilities include assisting with company secretarial documentation, drafting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deadlines.
Qualifications

• Strong clerical skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Experience in company secretarial work, including basic knowledge of documentation, meeting minutes, and compliance support.
• Proven executive administrative assistance experience, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization.
• Customer service skills to manage calls, visitors, and client inquiries in a courteous and solution-oriented manner.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with digital tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience supporting senior management or leadership is preferred.
• Diploma or bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
