About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to bookings, modifications, refunds, and cancellations.2. Resolve customer concerns by providing practical, timely, and empathetic solutions.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, features, and offers to support customer needs effectively.
4. Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on pending issues.
5. Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve services and customer experience.
6. Achieve performance targets related to call handling, resolution accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on tools, policies, and travel industry developments.
8. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant teams while ensuring clear communication with customers.
9. Adhere to company policies, service standards, and communication protocols.
10. Collaborate with operations, refunds, technology, and other internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns.

1. 0–1 year of customer service experience; prior experience in travel, hospitality, or BPO support is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Minimum qualification is a high school diploma; a graduate degree or certification in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints calmly and effectively.
5. High attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and booking-related processes.
6. Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and call-handling platforms.
7. Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
9. High levels of empathy, patience, and professionalism while dealing with customers.
10. Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and taking ownership of issue resolution.
