What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end demo and installation bookings - from request to completion Coordinate closely with field experts to ensure smooth and timely service delivery Handle inbound and outbound calls with a customer-first approach Schedule, track, and manage daily bookings with high accuracy Resolve customer queries proactively while maintaining service quality Ensure seamless execution and a consistent customer experience Collaborate with internal teams to minimize delays and improve turnaround time Bring in strong communication, ownership, and multitasking to the role What we’re looking for: Clear and confident communication Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setup High ownership and attention to detail Customer-centric mindset
