TGT SCIENCE Teacher required for a school in Kopargoan,Maharashtra - ( Job ID - 23415)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, standards-based science lessons aligned with the CBSE/State Board curriculum for Grades 6–8.
  
• Design and implement interactive teaching strategies, including hands-on experiments, project-based learning, and digital tools to enhance student understanding.
  
• Assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, practicals, and examinations; provide timely, constructive feedback.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
  
• Collaborate with subject coordinators and fellow teachers to align curriculum delivery, share resources, and support interdisciplinary learning.
  
• Participate in school-wide academic events, science fairs, and extracurricular activities to promote scientific exploration and enthusiasm.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) with a strong academic record; B.Ed. in Science or Education is mandatory.
  
• Valid teaching certification as per the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) or equivalent.
  
• 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Grades 6–8.
  
• In-depth knowledge of the CBSE/State Board science curriculum and proficiency in teaching core topics such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  
• Demonstrated ability to use technology in teaching (e.g., smart boards, educational apps, online learning platforms).
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
