PGT Mathematics Teacher required for a school in Kopargoan,Maharashtra - ( Job ID - 23416)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons in Mathematics for Classes XI and XII, aligned with the Maharashtra State Board curriculum and national education standards.
  
• Develop and implement lesson plans, learning objectives, and assessments that promote conceptual understanding and application of mathematical principles.
  
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including interactive tools, digital resources, and real-world problem-solving scenarios to enhance student engagement.
  
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments, provide timely feedback, and conduct remedial sessions for underperforming students.
  
• Prepare students for board examinations with targeted revision strategies, practice tests, and performance analysis.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc. or B.A. with Mathematics as a major) and a Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. or M.A. in Mathematics).
  
• Valid B.Ed. qualification or equivalent teaching certification recognized by the State Government or NCTE.
  
• 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Grades 11–12 with a focus on board examination preparation.
  
• Strong command of the Maharashtra State Board syllabus for Class XI and XII Mathematics, including topics such as Calculus, Algebra, Trigonometry, and Statistics.
  
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, interactive whiteboards) and educational software.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to inspire students, foster a positive learning environment, and support diverse learning needs.
  
• Willingness to participate in professional development programs and school-based initiatives.
