We are looking for a female fresher who walks into a room with confidence, picks up things fast, and takes genuine pride in keeping everything running smoothly. If that is you, keep reading. As our administration executive, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Schedules, correspondence, coordination, and documentation- you will own all of it. It is a role that sounds straightforward but rewards people who treat it like it matters. Because it does.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence with professionalism.
2. Maintain records, keep files organized, and ensure nothing is missed.
3. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
4. Manage front-desk interactions as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
5. Support the team with documentation and day-to-day operational tasks.
6. Coordinate with partners when required.

6. Graduate or 12th pass candidates are welcome.

7. Female fresher required.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 13,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 3,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 20,000 /year
