Role Overview:

As a Presales Executive (SCF / Working Capital), you will be responsible for outbound lead conversion for supply chain financing and working capital products (e.g., invoice discounting, vendor financing, dealer financing, short-term loans). You will qualify prospects, run discovery, coordinate documentation, and hand off qualified opportunities to the business/credit teams for underwriting and closure.

What will you do:

Lead Generation & Outreach: Own daily outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to identify financing needs.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of SMEs, distributors, dealers, vendors, and mid-market companies.

Qualification & Discovery: Qualify prospects on key parameters: funding need, ticket size, urgency, borrower profile, anchor/vendor/debtor details, and basic eligibility.

Explain product options clearly (invoice discounting/SCF vs. working capital line) and set the right expectations on pricing, timelines, and documentation.

What are we looking for :

Experience: 14 years in Inside Sales / Tele-sales, preferably in B2B or SME segments

Technical Skills: Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Excel / Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email workflows

Work Style: High energy, target-driven, and process-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have: Prior experience in selling to SMEs / mid-market clients
