Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for education and recruitment? Zell Education is looking for a talented Placements Executive to join our team! As a Placements Executive, you will be responsible for helping our students secure internships and job placements to kickstart their careers. Your role will involve building relationships with employers, matching students with suitable opportunities, and providing support throughout the placement process.
Key responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of companies and organizations to create placement opportunities for students.
2. Assist students with CV writing, interview preparation, and other skills to enhance their employability.
3. Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure students are prepared for the workplace.
4. Track and monitor student progress during placements and provide ongoing support as needed.
5. Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities for students and employers.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote placement services and attract new employers to partner with Zell Education.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant and timely guidance to students.
