Currently, we are serving more than 50,000 investors with a team of 150 members. Our core product offering is mutual funds, FDs, Govt. Bonds, Debentures, etc.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with investors through calls and digital platforms to share updates on Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Debentures.2. Recommend personalized investment solutions aligned with clients' short-, medium-, and long-term financial goals.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through regular communication across multiple channels.
4. Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities to provide timely and relevant guidance.
5. Drive business growth by tracking leads, following up with prospects, and acquiring new clients through referrals, networking, and community outreach.
6. Visit client locations when required to complete documentation and other necessary formalities.
