We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a  Business Analyst in financial services
• Strong domain expertise in  AML / KYC / Financial Crime
• Mandatory experience with AMLA / EU AML regulatory programs
• Good understanding of  EU AML regulations (AMLD, AMLR, AMLA framework)
• Experience with  transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk assessment
• Strong skills in  requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
• Experience in  data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to  AML / financial crime compliance
• Lead and support initiatives aligned with  AMLA (EU Anti‑Money Laundering Authority) regulations
• Translate regulatory requirements into  functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Support implementation across  KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and reporting
• Perform  gap analysis against AMLA and broader EU AML regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams for solution delivery
• Support  UAT, validation, and implementation of financial crime solutions
• Prepare documentation including  BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and compliance reports
• Experience with  financial crime/AML systems , especially:  NetReveal
• Exposure to  Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies Experience working on  large-scale regulatory transformation programs
