About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shoot vertical video content for brands, founders, user-generated content (UGC) ads, and social media campaigns.
2. Plan shots, create storyboards, and contribute creative ideas during the pre-production process.
3. Generate and integrate AI-powered video content where required.
4. Edit fast-paced short-form videos optimized for engagement, retention, and performance.
5. Create compelling hooks, captions, transitions, and storytelling elements that capture audience attention.
6. Execute shoots independently or collaborate effectively with a small production team.
7. Analyze social media trends and content performance to create high-performing videos.
8. Transform concepts and raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
9. Organize footage, maintain project files, and manage multiple editing workflows efficiently.
10. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver content aligned with client objectives.
11. Stay updated on emerging trends, editing styles, platform updates, and content formats.
12. Contribute innovative ideas to improve content quality and audience engagement.

4. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.

5. Experience with AI-powered video creation tools and workflows.

6. Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, and internet-native content formats.

7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced content production environment.

8. Creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas.

9. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in content creation, videography, and video editing.

2. Proven portfolio showcasing short-form content, social media campaigns, or UGC advertisements.

3. Experience creating content for brands, founders, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses is preferred.

4. Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, experiment, and take creative ownership.
