About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit wedding films from start to finish, including raw footage selection, sequencing, and final delivery of highlight reels, full-length films, and cinematic trailers as per client requirements.2. Apply professional color grading, audio synchronization, background music mixing, sound enhancement, and creative transitions to produce high-quality wedding films.
3. Create engaging edits tailored to both Indian wedding events, such as sangeet, mehendi, baraat, and wedding ceremonies, as well as international wedding formats.
4. Ensure all projects meet Pinnacle Edits' quality standards and delivery timelines.
5. Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Collaborate with the Production team to incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently.
7. Optimize video content for a polished, cinematic viewing experience.
8. Organize and manage project files, assets, and footage to maintain a smooth post-production workflow.

1. Hands-on experience editing Indian weddings (knowledge of rituals, multicam setups, traditional music pacing)
2. Familiarity with international wedding film styles — cinematic storytelling, editorial cuts, European/Western ceremony formats
3. Portfolio with at least 1–2 wedding highlight reels (mandatory to share during application)
4. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
5. Strong attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and comfort receiving client-driven revision feedback
