About the job
As an Associate Telecaller at SRIZO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent English and Hindi speaking skills while engaging with potential clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
2. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
3. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly using MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with potential clients to ensure a high conversion rate.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
6. Provide detailed reports on call activities and lead progress to the management.
7. Continuously strive to improve communication skills and product knowledge to better serve customers.
