Customer Care Executive (CCE) acts as the primary frontline liaison between a company and its customers. They are responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, resolving product or service queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction to build brand loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesOmnichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media within established SLA timelines.Query Resolution: Analyze customer concerns, provide step-by-step guidance, and escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal departments.Data Management: Accurately log customer interactions, case details, and resolution statuses in the company's CRM system.Customer Retention: Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and proactively promote products or services tailored to client needs.Feedback Collection: Conduct post-resolution follow-ups and surveys to measure customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.Essential Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.Problem-Solving: Active listening and strong analytical skills to de-escalate stressful situations and deliver practical solutions.Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with modern CRM platforms and basic computer troubleshooting.Education & Experience: Typically requires a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, along with prior experience in BPO voice/non-voice processes.Career & Local
