Job title: Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

2. Identify potential clients and decision-makers in the US and UK markets.
3. Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead generation.
4. Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
5. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
6. Draft professional and engaging cold emails and follow-up messages.
7. Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate meetings and opportunities.
8. Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales/BDE team for further conversion.
9. Track email campaigns, responses, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
10. Maintain proper records of all lead-generation activities in CRM or relevant tools.

1. Mandatory: 1–2 years of experience in email marketing and lead generation in the IT/Software industry.
2. Must have experience handling international markets, preferably US & UK clients.
3. Good understanding of IT services and B2B sales.
4. Hands-on experience with cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead generation.
5. Good knowledge of email marketing and lead-generation tools.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong research, follow-up, and lead qualification skills.
8. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
9. Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
10. Key skills: Email marketing, B2B lead generation, US & UK market, LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, web research, lead qualification, CRM, IT services, client outreach.
