About the job
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented professionals to join our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
3. Use Boolean/search techniques to identify relevant profiles.
4. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
5. Understand job requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.
6. Work towards recruitment targets and timelines.

Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
2. Internship experience in recruitment will also be considered.
3. Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
4. Basic knowledge of Boolean/search techniques.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 22,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,84,000 - 4,75,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,44,000 - 2,50,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,40,000 - 2,25,000 /year
