About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end production workflow for dubbed Chinese micro-dramas, ensuring timely delivery and release readiness.
2. Coordinate with dubbing artists, editors, translators, and QC teams to ensure smooth execution across the production pipeline.
3. Review the final dubbed content to ensure audio quality, lip-sync, dialogue accuracy, and overall production standards.
4. Ensure Hindi, Bengali, and English localizations are culturally relevant, natural-sounding, and aligned with the target audience.
5. Compare the dubbed version with the original content to maintain context, storyline consistency, and emotional impact.
6. Identify production issues such as audio inconsistencies, translation errors, pronunciation mistakes, or performance gaps, and coordinate timely resolutions.
7. Ensure voice performances align with each character's personality, age, emotions, and scene requirements.
8. Track production timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure all episodes meet quality standards before final approval and publication.
9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve dubbing quality, production efficiency, and audience experience.
10. Own the final quality sign-off, ensuring every project meets Dashverse's content and production standards before release.

4. Understanding of storytelling, character arcs, and dialogue pacing (preferred).

5. Ability to work with tight schedules and manage multiple shows at once.

6. A proactive, responsible mindset, since the producer’s approval is the key gate before release
