About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively source prospective leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and customer referrals.2. Product Pitching and Sales: Pitch Fixed Deposits and highlight the strategic benefits of FD-backed credit cards (e.g., instant approval, zero credit history requirements, higher credit limits, and interest earnings).
3. End-to-End Onboarding: Guide customers through the application process, documentation, and digital/physical KYC verification for both FD creation and card issuance.
4. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for FD volumes and credit card acquisitions.
5. Client Relationship Management: Maintain active relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals, top-ups, and cross-selling opportunities.
6. Compliance and Adherence: Ensure all sales practices, documentation, and customer onboarding conform strictly to banking regulatory guidelines and internal audit standards.
