About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to HR, admin, procurement, and travel departments to introduce our corporate accommodation and serviced apartment solutions.2. Schedule meetings for the business development team with potential corporate clients.
3. Handle inbound and outbound calls for PG and accommodation enquiries.
4. Explain property features, pricing, amenities, and availability to prospective customers.
5. Schedule property visits and follow up until booking confirmation.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
7. Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
8. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.
Skill(s) required
English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Problem Solving

Other requirements
1. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer-facing role (preferred).
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
3. Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.
4. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office ,Searching & email).
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
6. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
