- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our International Chat Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience handling international customer interactions via chat. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting defined service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes.
- Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Support process.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle multiple chats efficiently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
