About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-generated leads.2. Introduce and explain RGCR's membership plans, club facilities, services, and exclusive lifestyle benefits.
3. Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on their interest and eligibility.
4. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
5. Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to maximize conversions.
6. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally while providing an excellent customer experience.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointment status in the CRM.
8. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and timely follow-ups.
9. Achieve daily calling targets, lead qualification goals, and appointment scheduling targets.
10. Perform basic administrative and office coordination tasks as assigned.
11. Use MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, internet browsing, and social media platforms for daily operations.

1. Based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Hyderabad.
2. Completed 12th standard or graduation in any discipline.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,06,000 - 2,90,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,04,000 - 2,40,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,000 - 50,000 /year
