The Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, conversion-focused content across web, ads, and CRM. This is not just a design role — you’ll be part of a fast-paced creative team producing content at scale, using both Adobe tools and AI platforms to deliver static and video assets. You should be comfortable turning ideas into polished creative quickly, while understanding what performs in a digital marketing environment. Key Responsibilities Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms Create website assets (banners, product visuals, landing page sections) Produce CRM content (email graphics, promotional visuals, flows) Develop both static and video content (short-form, motion, simple edits) Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and scale creative output Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align creative with campaigns Iterate and improve designs based on performance feedback Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in eCommerce or digital marketing Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro or similar) Experience using AI tools for content creation Ability to create both static and video-based content Strong understanding of what works in paid social and digital ads
