Role Description This full-time remote Customer Service Representative role is responsible for providing responsive and professional support to clients and candidates across D2N Solutions service offerings. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and provide timely information about services, processes, and next steps. The role includes documenting interactions in internal systems, following up on open requests, and coordinating with recruitment and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience. The individual will monitor service levels, escalate complex concerns as needed, and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction. The position requires consistent communication, adherence to company procedures, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a remote environment.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support.
• Ability to foster strong Customer Satisfaction and maintain a positive Customer Experience.
• Proficiency in core Customer Service practices, including active listening, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Comfort working in a remote setting with reliable internet access and a distraction-free workspace.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems and basic office productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and meet response time targets.
• Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or IT services support is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
