Your Role and Responsibilities

• Own visual design delivery across assigned accounts from concept to final execution.
• Lead visual storytelling across digital, print, video, events, and brand systems.
• Translate complex social, policy, and sector narratives into clear, compelling visual languages.
• Conceptualise and design high-impact assets including social media creatives, reports, presentations, event branding, and campaign toolkits.
• Develop brand identities, visual systems, and design templates from the ground up.
• Ensure visual consistency across platforms, formats, and touchpoints.
• Create platform-native designs for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, websites, and emerging formats.
• Design for motion, video, reels, GIFs, and short-form animations with speed and intent.
• Apply strong typography, layout, colour, and composition principles across all outputs.
• Use AI-powered design, image generation, motion, and video tools to enhance speed, ideation, and quality.
• Stay updated on evolving design technologies, AI workflows, and creative tools.
• Create mood boards, visual directions, and design rationales for client and internal alignment.
• Crack original visual ideas independently and in collaboration with teams.
• Convert briefs into strong visual concepts with minimal supervision.
• Simplify dense information into intuitive infographics, data visuals, and visual explainers.
• Design for accessibility, inclusivity, and sector sensitivity.
• Support website design needs including layout systems, visual hierarchies, and UI-ready assets.
• Collaborate closely with content, strategy, social media, and client servicing teams.
• Guide junior designers and freelancers through clear creative direction and feedback.
• Manage multiple timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Respond to feedback with speed, clarity, and creative problem-solving.
• Anticipate visual needs and proactively suggest design-led solutions.
• Ensure files, formats, and outputs meet technical and publishing standards.
• Contribute to agency-wide visual innovation, experimentation, and creative culture.
• Document design systems, templates, and best practices for continuity and scale

What Youll Need (must haves for the role)

• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience as a graphic designer
• Bachelors degree or advance diploma in graphic design or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Thorough understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends and marketing practices
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After effects, Animate)
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and abilities

What Would Be Nice to Have

• Experience managing large account portfolios
• Proven experience with concept development
• Freshly brewed coffee-making skills. But don't worry, we won't judge you for it.
