About the job
Key Responsibilities:
These include prospecting, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with technical and project teams to align solutions with client requirements, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and market feedback to management. The Business Development Executive will contribute to strategic growth initiatives and support marketing and outreach activities as needed.Skill(s) required

Other requirements
Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals, preferably in audio-visual, IT, or technology solutions.
Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions, including AV setups and interactive display technologies.
Competence in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
Comfort with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation using common office and collaboration tools.
Proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Prior experience in the education or corporate solutions space is beneficial.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required within the region.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹21,200 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
