TECHOLAS TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dedicated Sales team in Calicut. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the rapidly growing e-learning industry, where your efforts will directly impact our company's success and expansion.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in helping us enhance our market presence and achieve our growth objectives in the e-learning sector. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 + incentives monthly, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-learning sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Conduct market research to establish a clear understanding of industry trends
Participate in networking events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management
Monitor competitor activities and report insights to refine business strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e-learning industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills to assess market and industry data
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
