CRM Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics
VERTISYSTEM GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED
Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing solutions, with a focus on Customer Insights Journeys (Real-Time Marketing).- Develop and manage customer journeys, segmentation strategies, triggers, and multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, etc.).- Leverage Copilot and AI-driven capabilities for content creation, campaign optimization, and marketing automation.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.- Drive end-to-end delivery including solution design, development, testing, and deployment.- Integrate D365 Marketing with CRM (Sales/Service) systems using APIs, Dataverse, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate).- Design and manage customer data models, segmentation frameworks, and campaign performance tracking mechanisms (KPIs, dashboards, reporting).- Participate in Agile ceremonies, support UAT, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.- Conduct solution workshops, demos, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.Required Skills & Experience :- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights Journeys implementation and support.- Strong expertise in :i. Customer journey design and orchestrationii. Segmentation and personalization strategiesiii. Consent and preference management- Experience with Copilot and AI-powered marketing automation tools within the D365 ecosystem.- Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, Dataverse, Power Automate).- Strong understanding of CRM processes across Sales and Service modules.- Expertise in campaign analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.- Proven experience working in Agile environments with strong stakeholder management skills.Primary Skills :- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing- Customer Insights Journeys (Real-Time Marketing)- Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)- CRM Integration & APIs- Marketing Automation & Analytics (ref:hirist.tech)
