About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Government Sales Associate to support business development activities with government departments, PSUs, and public sector organizations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience who are interested in building a career in government/B2G sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in identifying business opportunities within government departments and public sector organizations.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Coordinate for tender submissions, documentation, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Research upcoming government projects, GeM opportunities, and procurement requirements.
• Maintain sales reports, client databases, and pipeline tracking.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Requirements :

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Strong interest in government/B2G sales and public sector business development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of MS Office, presentations, and email communication.
• Willingness to learn, travel for meetings if required, and work in a target-driven environment.
