Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist role at Peasantsb is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The receptionist will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, and maintain a welcoming reception area. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, providing basic information about services, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and supporting routine clerical tasks such as filing and data entry. The role also involves coordinating with internal team members, ensuring smooth client check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records of visits and appointments. The receptionist is expected to deliver professional, courteous service and represent the organization positively to all visitors and callers.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including managing calls, appointments, and visitor flow.
• Solid clerical skills, such as filing, basic data entry, and handling documents and correspondence.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a busy front desk environment.
• Basic computer literacy (email, office applications) and familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Ludhiana and communicating with diverse clients, including those exploring visa options.
