Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.2. Explain products/services and communicate their benefits clearly.
3. Generate leads and convert them into sales.
4. Follow up with interested customers regularly.
5. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
8. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
9. Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams when required.
10. Provide regular updates on lead status and sales performance.
11. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
