Social Media & Brand Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager with a specialization in Social Media to join our team in the dynamic animation sector. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional capable of elevating our brand presence through strategic digital engagement, compelling content, and effective vendor management.
Responsibilities:- Social Media Strategy: Manage and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram and Facebook to grow the brand's digital footprint.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Brief, manage, and hold creative and content agencies accountable for project timelines, brand consistency, and creative quality.
- Influencer Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including initial briefing, coordination, content delivery, and detailed performance reporting.
- Content Planning: Develop and own the monthly content calendar, ensuring all activities are strategically aligned with overarching business priorities.
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics-including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI-to provide data-driven insights and course-correct digital strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including product, sales, and design departments, to ensure social media initiatives remain aligned with broader corporate business goals.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in brand management or social media marketing. Consumer brand or D2C industry experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in using Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.
- Core Skills: Advanced skills in social media management, video editing, and the ability to develop illustrations to support brand storytelling.
- Communication: Proven ability in managing external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.
