About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Own day-to-day social media for the parent group and it's captive brands, with a strong focus on Instagram.2. Plan and execute content calendars across Reels, posts, stories and campaigns.
3. Work closely with the creative team to turn ideas into content that gets attention and engagement.
4. Engage meaningfully (selectively) with received comments
5. Track performance, understand what's working, and continuously improve reach, engagement and leads.

Other requirements
1. Strong understanding of Reels, hooks, trends, formats and what makes people stop scrolling.
2. Comfortable writing captions, briefs and basic social copy.
3. Good visual sense; can judge whether content is actually good without needing everything explained.
4. Data-oriented enough to track reach, engagement, retention, leads and follower growth.
5. Fast-moving and willing to experiment.
