AIA – Agentic AI/Gen AI

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI architect with Cyber Security experience to help clients address cyber risks identified through advanced cybersecurity and AI-driven security tools, including frontier AI-assisted vulnerability discovery platforms. The role combines AI architecture background with cybersecurity consulting, solution architecture, AI-enabled remediation, and managed service delivery.

The successful candidate will work with large Banking, Capital Markets, and Financial Services clients to assess cyber exposures, define remediation strategies, establish Cyber Remediation Factories, and lead end-to-end delivery of remediation programs at scale.

Your key responsibilities

Cyber Risk Advisory & Architecture

• Assess vulnerabilities and control gaps identified through security assessments, penetration testing, threat intelligence, and AI-enabled cyber tools.
• Define enterprise remediation strategies for:
  • Infrastructure security
  • Cloud security
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Application security
  • API security
  • Third-party risk
• Advise CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Risk leaders on cyber resilience improvements.

AI-Driven Cyber Remediation

• Design AI and Agentic AI-enabled approaches for:
  • Vulnerability prioritization
  • Risk scoring
  • Remediation orchestration
  • Continuous control validation
• Establish governance, guardrails, and human oversight mechanisms for AI-enabled cyber operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation workflows and increase remediation velocity.

Cyber Remediation Factory

• Design and implement Cyber Remediation Factories covering:
  • Vulnerability management
  • Security configuration remediation
  • Cloud posture management
  • Application security fixes
  • Identity remediation
  • Third-party remediation
• Define operating models, processes, KPIs, SLAs, governance, and executive dashboards.

Delivery Leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary remediation teams across cyber, cloud, infrastructure, and application domains.
• Manage remediation backlogs, risk-based prioritization, and stakeholder communications.
• Track key metrics such as MTTR, critical vulnerability closure, risk reduction, and regulatory readiness.

Skills and Attributes:

Professional Experience

• 12–18+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Security Architecture, or Cyber Transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale vulnerability management or remediation programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • IAM/PAM
  • Application Security
  • Security Operations
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Zero Trust Architecture
• Experience with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or Security Copilot solutions in cybersecurity use cases.
• Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced certifications in Azure AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Solution Architecture, Cloud Technologies, Responsible AI, AI Governance, or Agentic AI platforms are preferred.
