Senior Associate - Tech Transfers

Senior Associate supporting technology transfer, process validation, and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical manufacturing at Pfizer's Vizag site. The role involves managing validation projects, quality systems, and cross-functional coordination to ensure safe product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology transfer processes for new molecules and conduct process validation with regulatory submissions
- Evaluate and approve validation master plans, protocols, and technical reports per company and regulatory standards
- Perform statistical analysis on testing results and support quality investigations with data interpretation
- Manage quality systems including change control, documentation, and deviation investigations
- Coordinate cleaning validation, support regulatory audits, and represent validation functions on cross-site teams
Requirements
- High school diploma with 8+ years experience, or associate degree with 6+ years, or bachelor's degree with 2+ years, or graduate degree
- Experience in tech transfer, scale-up processes, and exhibit batch development
- Knowledge of multi-market FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Proficiency with quality systems and information platforms (GDMS, SAP, QTS)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Independent and collaborative working capability
