Senior Engineer - Production

• Leads the shift end-to-end — from handover to handover — ensuring all production activities are executed safely, on target and with full operational discipline. • Delivers shift yield, cost and capacity targets; monitors process parameters in real time and takes immediate corrective action to close performance gaps. • Leads AM teams on the assigned line; implements AM steps, coaches operators and sustains improvement gains through regular inspections and OPL completion. • Controls shift-level energy and RM consumption within BOM targets; identifies waste in real time and acts to reduce specific consumption. • Leads Kaizen activities on shift; ensures WCM tools (OPL, AM tags, FI forms) are used correctly and contributes actively to WCM pillar targets.
