What You’ll Do As a Junior Client Servicing Executive , you will: · Support senior servicing team members in campaign planning, presentations, and client meetings. • Act as the point of coordination between clients and internal creative teams. • Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables. • Manage day-to-day client communication including emails, calls, and coordination updates. • Ensure accuracy in deliverables including brand guidelines, specifications, and basic compliance details. • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through responsiveness and professionalism. What We Want We are looking for someone who: • Has 2–3 years of experience in an advertising/digital agency having managed clients across sectors in Mumbai. Has knowledge of vendors, contractors, studios, etc. associated with the advertising industry in Mumbai.
