This isn't a role where you're handed a ticket and told what to build. We're looking for someone who wants to sit at the table where the business itself gets rebuilt around AI someone who sees a slow, manual process and can't help but think, "I could automate that in a weekend."

Stirring Minds is a Delhi-based startup ecosystem, backed by partners including AWS, Google Cloud, Freshworks, and Zoho, running a portfolio of live and emerging ventures. We're building an AI-native layer across this portfolio internal tools, customer-facing products, automation systems and want someone to help build and own it, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify manual, slow, or repetitive processes anywhere in the business sales, operations, HR, marketing, support and design AI-powered systems to fix them.
2. Build and ship real, working tools: automation workflows, AI agents, internal dashboards, customer-facing AI features using the best models and frameworks available, not whatever's cheapest.
3. Work directly across verticals in the Stirring Minds portfolio, bringing AI capability to each as they scale.
4. Partner directly with the founding team to identify where AI can create outsized leverage, and turn that into a working system, not just a slide.
5. Own your builds end-to-end from idea, to prototype, to something the team actually uses every day.

What we're looking for:

1. Someone genuinely excited by AI application-building not just prompting a chatbot, but architecting real systems: agents, automations, pipelines, integrations.
2. Comfort with (or fast ability to learn) tools like Claude, GPT, n8n/Make, Python, APIs, and modern AI-agent frameworks.
3. A builder's instinct you'd rather ship something imperfect today and iterate than plan for three weeks.
4. High ownership and high intensity. This is a founder-track role in spirit the pace is fast and the work doesn't stay inside a 9-to-5 box. If that excites you rather than drains you, you'll thrive here.
5. Bonus: prior experience building or contributing to an AI product, side project, or startup shipped is better than perfect.

A note on intensity:

We won't sugarcoat this: it's a high-intensity, always-on kind of role. Systems break at inconvenient times, ideas show up outside office hours, and the team moves fast. We're looking for someone genuinely energized by being close to the build, all the time not someone who wants a clean line between work and life right now. In exchange, you get outsized ownership, outsized learning, and outsized upside relative to a standard internship or job.
