About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and explain program features, benefits, and pricing.
4. Follow up with prospective customers and nurture leads until conversion.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
7. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
8. Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, or corporate clients.
10. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
11. Prepare and share daily sales reports and pipeline updates.
12. Stay updated on product offerings, competitors, and market trends.
13. Assist customers with registration, payment, and onboarding processes.
14. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
15. Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
