About the job
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can generate business and provide holistic client servicing solutions for the agency. The ideal candidate will have strong industry contacts in the F&B, FMCG, and Service sectors, with a hunger for growth, a sharp understanding of trends, and the ability to act as a seamless bridge between clients and the company.
Key responsibilities: A. Lead generation & outreach1. Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
3. Leverage existing contacts in F&B, Hospitality, and Service sectors
4. Research market trends to identify new business opportunities B. Client servicing & relationship
1. Act as the bridge between clients and the internal team
2. Conduct client meetings with confidence and clarity
3. Understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs
4. Ensure a high standard of ongoing client satisfaction C. Marketing & sales collateral:
1. Develop, maintain, and update marketing materials
2. Support proposal creation and pitch presentations
3. Ensure all outreach materials reflect the agency's brand positioning D. Flexibility & agency support:
1. Willingness to take on cross-functional responsibilities as needed
2. Support campaign coordination between sales and delivery teams
3. Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment Required skills:
1. Strong network and knowledge in F&B, FMCG, and Service sectors
2. Confident communication and presentation skills
3. Understanding of ongoing industry and digital marketing trends
4. Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and client relationships simultaneously
5. Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business development We're looking for:
