ZAPS Group (20+ GCC regions, expanding in India) is looking for target-driven individuals to grow our restaurant network across key cities. Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and street-smart professionals with a strong understanding of the dining ecosystem to drive on-ground partnerships and expand our restaurant network. This is a field-intensive role that requires building relationships with restaurant partners, onboarding them onto our platform, and ensuring seamless collaboration. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard restaurants and dining partners within assigned territories Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers Pitch and explain the company’s dining solutions, value proposition, and partnership benefits Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partner restaurants Conduct regular field visits to maintain engagement and resolve partner concerns Track competitor activities and provide market insights from the ground Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, operations, and partner success Ensure targets for partner acquisition and activation are met consistently Eligibility Criteria Prior experience or strong knowledge of the dining/restaurant ecosystem preferred Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel within the city Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach Ability to build relationships and
