Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Chief Platform Screen Door Expert & Chief Resident Engineer - PSD is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Design & Safety Governance: Authorizing the design of Full-Height or Half-Height PSD systems, ensuring compliance with SIL (Safety Integrity Level) standards for "Emergency Override" and "Anti-Drag" features.

• System Integration: Leading the critical interface between PSD, Signaling (CBTC) for door synchronization, and Rolling Stock for precise stopping tolerances.

• Architectural Coordination: Approving structural mounting details on platform edges and managing interfaces with MEP for power supply and earthing/bonding.

• CRE Site Leadership: Overseeing the physical installation, glass alignment, and mechanical robustness of headers and thresholds across all stations.

• T&C Oversight: Directing "Post-Installation" testing and cycle-reliability trials (e.g., 1 million cycles) to ensure zero failures during live operations.

• Regulatory Compliance: Securing final technical clearances and leading safety demonstrations for the CMRS to authorize passenger service.

• Lifecycle Management: Vetting technical specifications for drive motors and control units to ensure long-term durability and ease of maintenance.

Profile/Skills

• Graduate in relevant Engineering
• Required total 23+ years of experience
• 7+ years of experience in relevant projects.
