About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Managed the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order processing to dispatch, delivery tracking, and successful fulfillment.2. Coordinated with warehouse teams, courier partners, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations and timely deliveries.
3. Handled customer queries related to orders, shipments, returns, exchanges, and issue resolution through multiple communication channels.
4. Processed returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
5. Monitored inventory levels, updated stock records, and coordinated replenishment to minimize stock discrepancies.
6. Maintained operational reports, order records, and performance dashboards using Google Sheets.
7. Identified operational bottlenecks and implemented process improvements to reduce delays and improve efficiency.
8. Collaborated with customer support, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and order fulfillment.
9. Followed and updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support scalable business operations and consistent service quality.
