About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with potential clients through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and telecalling.
2. Qualify and nurture leads through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
3. Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
4. Maintain and update lead databases, spreadsheets, and trackers with accurate information.
5. Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
7. Track, analyze, and report lead conversion metrics to improve performance.
8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

6. Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel for data management and analysis.

7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho or Freshworks is an added advantage.

9. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving measurable results.
