Your Mission

You design and build scalable systems that structure industrial complexity. This means:

• Translating consulting logic into robust software architecture
• Designing backend and data structures that reflect real-world engineering processes
• Building reliable, scalable applications used in enterprise environments
• Contributing to long-term product architecture decisions

Your Tasks

• Design and implement scalable backend architectures
• Develop robust APIs and data models for complex enterprise use cases
• Contribute to system architecture and technical roadmaps
• Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with consultants, domain experts, and product stakeholders
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes

• Take technical ownership of product modules
• Mentor junior developers
• Drive architectural decisions

Your Profil

Experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience in building scalable backend systems
• Experience working in structured, quality-driven environments

• Strong backend development skills (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or comparable stack)
• Experience with modern API design
• Solid database knowledge (SQL and data modeling for complex structures)
• Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment processes
• Experience with version control and collaborative workflows

• You think in systems, not features
• You value clean architecture over quick hacks
• You understand enterprise requirements (security, reliability, scalability)
• You are comfortable working at the interface of technology and domain logic
